The nature of our work, rigging and hoisting structural steel is considered the most dangerous in construction.  We are very fortunate to have such an experienced workforce who is committed to the continuous improvement of our operations and provide a safe place to work.

Continuous training is an integral part of educating our people.  We hold regular training classes on such topics as fall protection, aerial lift training, first-aid, CPR, scaffolds, crane safety and many other subjects that effect our day-to-day operations.

We have a partnership with the Ohio Bureau of workers Compensation and a Drug Free Workplace.  We have been a Drug Free Workplace member for 3 years.  This program provides our customers, the owners, our employees, and other contractors the assurance that their safety and health will not be compromised by individuals who are under the influence of substances that do not belong in the construction environment.
